**2023 DUES ***
Thirty Nine percent or 63 Homeowners Did NOT pay their 2022 Dues. Since we did not have any snow last fiscal year, we have decided that for 2023 we are only going to collect dues from those homeowners who did NOT pay last year's dues. Those who did not pay will receive an Invoice in the mail around September 1st. Thank you for your participation.
2022 Taxes for a Non Profit with receipts less than $50k have been filed (and have been filed every year since 2014)
We will be using http://www.superdues.com software to collect and track the Civic Association Dues. This is a web-based platform that allows homeowners to pay using a credit or debit card on your home or mobile device.

Homeowners, please be aware that if you sell your home, the settling attorneys' offices contact me regarding dues payments. An Invoice or Receipt will be provided to the paralegal from LHVCA.
The fiscal year for the Association shall run from the first day of March to the last day of February per LHVCA Bylaws 1973 03 25 Final
Dues are initially electronically invoiced (if your email address is on file) following the General Meeting/ Budget Approval in March. A second reminder notice gets electronically invoiced June 1 to those who haven't paid. If no response a FINAL Notice will be Mailed USPS Sept 1 to everyone who has not paid. Thank you!
If your email address is NOT on file, you will receive a paper invoice in the mail
Dues are primarily used for winter weather treatment and snow removal. The remainder portion goes towards community events, community maintenance, and managerial expenses.
If you plan to sell your home, please know that the settling attorney's office does reach out to the LHV treasurer prior to settlement to collect any unpaid dues. This is common practice these days.
