Linden Hill Village is a Civic Assocation
We currently do not have any official document of any deed restrictions. There is a doc out there that appear to be minutes /suggestions from a meeting from the 1970s. It is currently being investigated.
There is no Architectual Committee as to say what colors or materials you use for your home.
We follow the New Castle County Property Code and do/will report any violators such as grass height, trash, animals' welfare, and untagged vehicles on the street are some of the issues we have dealt with over the years.
